Veronika Csereiova/Captured by Vero reserves the right at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary any page of this Website.
Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery of the ordered prints and goods shall take place at the address specified by the CLIENT on the date specified by the PHOTOGRAPHER. The CLIENT shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the prints and goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
The date of delivery specified by the PHOTOGRAPHER is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and while every reasonable effort will be made to comply with such dates compliance is not guaranteed and the CLIENT shall have no right to damages or to cancel the order for failure for any cause to meet any delivery date stated.
Pricing
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. Veronika Csereiova/Captured by Vero reserve the right at any time and without notice to amend, change and alter descriptions on this website
Session fee
The session fee (deposit) of 40£ covers the photographer’s time and talent and is due at the time of booking. Session fees taken for any portrait photography session are non-refundable except in the event that Veronika Csereiova/Captured by Vero cancels the booking. The client may cancel a session at any time but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. A session may be rescheduled with no loss of fee if notified to Veronika Csereiova/Captured by Vero email 48 hours prior to the session.
fulfillment of obligations
Veronika Csereiova/Captured by Vero shall not be liable to the Client for any failure, in whole or in part, to fulfill their obligations where failure arises as a result of an event or circumstances beyond their control, which may include (but are not limited to) equipment failure, inclement weather, illness or injury. The Client understands and accepts that the Photographic coverage will be as Veronika Csereiova/Captured by Vero professional expertise determines. Special requests are not binding instructions although every effort is made to comply with the Clients wishes. In the unlikely event of total photographic equipment failure or cancellation of the contract by Veronika Csereiova/Captured by Vero , liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid
Artistic input
Veronika Csereiova/Captured by Vero shall be entitled to use their judgment regarding the style and artistic input in the production of pictures. This includes but is not limited to poses, props and number of images taken. Due the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the pictures requested, or images to the clients full expectations. In the event of uncooperative children at a session of any kind, for any reason, Veronika Csereiova/Captured by Vero may not be able to capture any, or all the images the Client may have requested or expected. The Client is responsible for all children at all sessions.
Images are fully edited before presenting to Client. Additional edits are carried out at the discretion of Veronika Csereiova/Captured by Vero . Veronika Csereiova/Captured by Vero reserves the right to charge the Client for additional editing to cover time involved.
Use of pictures
Veronika Csereiova/Captured by Vero will use Clients images for the purposes of display, advertising, portfolio, publication or promotion unless Clients expressly decline.
Cooling off period
All prints and albums, etc are non refundable. Orders are made to the Clients personal specification, (i.e. image number, print size, etc), the Client does not have the right to a cooling off period. By placing an order with Veronika Csereiova/Captured by Vero you are committing to buy the ordered products.
Returns policy
Incorrectly supplied items and items of poor quality can be returned and will be replaced at no extra charge to the Client. Returns will not be considered for incorrectly ordered items or items ordered in error.
Deleted images
All non-purchased images are archived for 60 days after your viewing session.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
All Content included on the Website, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of Veronika Csereiova trading as Captured by Vero, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. In these terms and conditions, Content means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this Website, including any such content uploaded by Users. By continuing to use the Website you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on this site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the site without the owner's prior written permission
